| General Condition | |
| 1. | One lesson = 45 Minute, minimum teaching time is 90 Minutes (2 Lessons). |
| 2. | Course fees are given in CZK,- (Czech Crowns), please use the currency converter to calculate the costs. |
| 3. | Payment is due no later than 14 days from Invoice Date. A late fee of 0.5% of balance will be added for each day the payment is late. |
| 4. | Payment amount = the amount of money which should be given to CZ Lingua’s bank account. Bank fees are paid by student. |
| 5. | The additional charge for travel to an outlying district of Prague is 100 CZK per visit. |
| 6. | In a case of illness or other event in which the teacher cannot attend class, CZ Lingua will provide a substitute teacher. |
| Application, payment, contract with school: | |||||||
| 7. | We are accepting applications: e-mail (info@czlingua.cz), fax (00420 233 326 147) or by post (CZ Lingua, Wuchterlova 5, Praha 6, 160 00, CZ). All telephone applications (00420 603 480 667) must be made later in written from as well. | ||||||
| 8. | A and B type course applicants will be informed within 48 hours, upon receipt of application form, when they can start individual or group course or informed of a current course which they can join. | ||||||
| 9. | Price of lesson

| 10. | Type C to type K - application needs to be made (in ideal case) at least 1 month prior to start date of course. (but it is possible ask at our school later as well, if you can your preferred course attend as well). | ||||||
| 11. | Payment for intensive course needs to be made in advance such that the payment will be received in CZ Lingua’s account at least 15 work days before start of course or by date specified on invoice. Invoice number needs to be included on payment. (as Variabilní symbol). | ||||||
| 12. | Contract for lessons will be sent to Student before course (type C to type I) or at latest with first invoice (typ A or B). Please return a signed copy of this Contract to CZ Lingua by post, fax or email. | ||||||
| Conditions for participant cancelation: | |
| 13. | Students-participants can cancel lessons by email, fax or post. Type A or B can be canceled as well directly to the teacher by phone (call or SMS). Teacher should be given written notice of cancelation. |
| 14. | Type A or B : Cancelation received 24 hours in advance on working days, or Friday (if the lesson is on Monday) is without any fee. In the case of late cancelation(less than 24 hours notice), student will be charged full price of lesson. |
| 15. | Type C to type G: If cancelation is received a minimum of 7 days before course starts, student pays 1000 Kč cancelation fee. If it is received less than 7 days before course starts, student pays 1000 Kč cancelation fee + 50% of course price. |
| 16. | Type H or I: If cancelation is received a minimum of 14 days before course starts, student pays 3 000 Kč cancelation fee. If it is received less than 14 days before start of course, student pays 3 000 Kč as a cancelation fee + 50% of course price. |
| 17. | If your course is canceled by CZ Lingua, the full amount of money you already paid will be refunded to your bank account. |
| 18. | Any student who violates any law of the Czech Republic will be suspended immediately from all courses with CZ Lingua without any financial compensation. |
