Modern technology has now made it possible to deliver language courses in new and exciting ways. On-line courses are ideal for overseas students that travel to us regularly during the year for intensive tuition or for any students living outside of Prague. We have successfully conducted courses that combine teaching at our centre with time between visits supported by online lessons. We offer this form of tuition for students that have already studied and completed some course at CZ Lingua in the past.

On-line lessons are conducted in a similar way to normal lessons. The time and intensity of the course is established beforehand. In addition we can adapt lessons according to your requirements (special themes etc.) and desired workload. Lessons can be conducted morning, noon or night and even on weekends. Courses are available all year round and place emphasis on practical and conversational Czech, with explanations of the underlying grammar, supporting texts and exercises.

We recommend at least one lesson per week.

What will you need for on-line lessons?

Payment: On-line courses are paid for in advance via bank transfer. At the end of each month we send out a report of how many lessons have been undertaken and how many prepaid lessons remain.

Textbook: In agreement with the student we will suggest a suitable textbook with respect to the student’s first language, often selected from textbooks already used in current courses. We will gladly help in sending the text book or advising on how it can be purchased.
